+ Who qualifies for the Student, Faculty, <add Military if it applies> rates?

All high school, undergraduate and graduate students (both full or part-time students) are eligible for the Student rate, The Faculty rate applies to individuals on staff at a college, university or seminary. Military Active Duty and Reserve personnel and their spouses may register at the Military rate. <edit where needed>

+ Can I share a registration with someone if I can't attend the entire event?

We do not provide the option to share registrations between multiple individuals. The event has been designed as a holistic experience and is best if attended in its entirety.

+ Do I need to have all the names of our group when I register?

We allow groups to reserve “empty registrations” and then submit names of those who will be attending at a later date. We encourage you to enter those names by <enter month> however, a registrant’s name can still be added or changes before printing the final ticket.

Miscellaneous

+ Can I bring my children to the conference?

While families are very important to us, WCA conferences are adult training events, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions. Childcare is not available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

+ Does Willow Creek Association take photographs for promotional use during The Global Leadership Summit?

For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for Willow Creek Association to use your likeness in promotional materials. Please contact wcainternational@willowcreek.com if you cannot be used in promotional photographs.

+ What is your cancellation, hold and transfer policies?

CANCELLATION POLICY
You must contact our Ministry Operations Team on or before <enter date here> for a refund of your conference fees less a <enter cost here> cancellation fee per person.<edit where needed>

HOLD POLICY
Should you wish to hold your registration for future use, you must contact us on or before <enter date here>. You will need to contact us within a year to utilize the fund toward a new conference registration. Your registration fees will be transferred to the conference selected less the <enter cost of fee here> transfer fee per person. Additional payment may be required depending on the price of the new conference. Any overpayment remaining after the transfer is non-refundable. <edit where needed>

TRANSFER POLICY
